Shame on China:Chinese children endure 'world's most dangerous school run'

Great story. Never knew about Zoroastrian presence in China. But I'm wondering, is the average Chinese interested in history?

The Zoroastrianism was introduced to China since the era of Tang Dynasty, but since China has been destroyed twice by Mongol and Manchus, it will be hard for this particular to be well preserved, meanwhile Iran got converted into Islam, so it is even harder to maintain this link in China.

BTW, thanks to his novel, the existence of Zoroastrianism has become very well-known among the modern Chinese readers and viewers.

I read this novel, the author described Persian as multiracial culture, among three Persians appeared in the novel, one of them has blue eyes and blond hair, another one has some Middle Easterner appearance, the female looks similar to East Asian (indicating some Turkic ancestry).

And i can't believe those Anglo-Saxons/Zionists are so hostile towards Iranians, their novel/movie 300 is like describing the Aliens instead of Iranians. :coffee:

We are very much interested in history.

I also know that there are Chinese people of the Baha'i Faith, which also originated in Persia.

Great to see that. Historical awareness is one of the key elements towards development. Interesting about those Chinese Baha'is!

Great to see that, and that writer has done a fantastic job!

Yes, 300 was a disgrace. They pictured us as barbaric, while our culture at that time was much richer than Greek culture.

Yes, I heard of that. I even heard Hui-Chinese are partially Persians? There was a lot of intermingle between Persians and Chinese in ancient times. Some royal Persians even served in China's army back than:

Yes some of us are others have Arab and Central Asian blood not only Persian, Xinjiang has a strong Iranic influence in mainly the Hui and Tajik Areas, my Hometown also some who celebrate nowruz.

Wow. Never knew about you guys celebrating Nowruz. Our histories are much closer to each other than most people know.

They can't accept that Persia was the first historical Superpower.

But i think the Greek people and other Europeans overall may not be very hostile towards Iran, it is the Anglo-Saxons and Zionists who wanna stir up the troubles.

Yes, especially the Anglo-Saxon world. Greeks and Iranians pretty much respect each other.

Surenas Iran seems to have strong influence in Iraq are there many Iranians living in Iraq ? as both do share culture and religion ? I do know there are many Iraqis who left to Iran during the war.

Yes, Iran does have a strong influence in Iraq, and especially because of religious ties. A lot of Iraqis (like Prime-Minister Maliki) fled Iraq when Saddam was in power, and many of them settled in Iran where they received shelter and education.

And there are also Iranians living in Shia cities like Najaf and Karbala. Many of them still have Iranian-like surnames.

Even Southern Russia and Ukraine also got some strong Iranic influence, since the historical people lived there were the Iranic-speaking nomads like Scythians and Sarmatians.

Putin said this about Iran:

''I don't consider myself a specialist of Persian literature, which I
regret, because everything I hear or learn is very interesting despite.

Being fragmented. This also concerns the history of Iran, a part of
world history. Iran is initially a world power that spread from the
near East to India, and even included some parts of the former Soviet
republics.

Iran is a country of protoreligion, Zoroastrianism. Some specialist
consider it an eventual source of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism.
But according to some studies, Zoroastrianism was born on Russia's
territory, in the south Urals. And followers of this great religion
ended up on the territory of Iran after a great migration.

This is to say that the histories of our two countries and the roots of their
cultural exchange are much deeper than can be imagined at first. That
gives security that our two countries will always be able to
communicate on any problem, since we understand one another.

Putin said this about Iran:

I think he was talking about the Proto-Iranian Andronovo culture.

Yep, the earliest Iranians looked quite close to Russians and other Slavic people, but later they started to mix with the West Asian farmers as they moved down to the South to form the modern Iranian stock.

Sad, but most our children are studying in safe schools.

I donated some money to a project of "buy copier/printer and
stationery for rural area schools" last month on Taobao.

Hope all children can study in safe place and receive enough education.
