Well over 90 percent of Shaheds get intercepted
"Explainer" explains little. Some 77 percent of parts in one Shahed-136 were U.S.-made, according to Ukrainian intelligence. They were produced by 13 American companies. The other components were made in Canada, China, Japan, Switzerland or Taiwan.
Explainer: American Parts in Iranian Drones
The majority of components in Iran’s drones—including microchips and GPS modules—were made in the United States, which is supporting Ukraine. The components, used for functions ranging from navigation to data processing, have been traced to two Iranian suicide drones—the Shahed-131 and...iranprimer.usip.org
Iran stronk, I guess. Basically a foreign-made drone.
Don't confuse shaheds and hamas rockets!!Well over 90 percent of Shaheds get intercepted
L.mao- if shaheds r so useless then why are you taking time attack them via trolling about it not being effective?I remember when Iranians here were foolishly claiming Shahed is stealthy and other BS.
"If shaheds are not effective why are you saying they are not effective?" - most logical IranianL.mao- if shaheds r so useless then why are you taking time attack them via trolling about it not being effective?
sure - so can you provide some facts to support your argument that Shahed -136 our sweetheart is "ineffective"? its put up or shut up moment bro- provide facts/documentation/logic to support your point or accept Shahed-136 is one of the kings of the Ukraine war."If shaheds are not effective why are you saying they are not effective?" - most logical Iranian
It's doing nothing lol, fact is practically all of them are shot down.sure - so can you provide some facts to support your argument that Shahed -136 our sweetheart is "ineffective"? its put up or shut up moment bro- provide facts/documentation/logic to support your point or accept Shahed-136 is one of the kings of the Ukraine war.
First of all, if Shahed 136 was ineffective then why did US govt officials beg Iran to stop providing them to Russia multiple times? I dont expect you to understand since Israel's air defenses that are "the most advanced in the western world" cant even overcome hamas rockets anymore- NATO + Israel =- all paper military tigers!
Hehehehe go see fire rescue chief maybe he put that pipe and help u rest in peace viva shahed 136 the fire of hellIt's doing nothing lol, fact is practically all of them are shot down.
Shahed 136 is a garbage drone that's not stealthy nor hard to intercept
No one ever begged Iran of anything.
lmao.....thats not what the videos we see every other day in Ukraine (or from Romania recently) tell us....Shaheds basically destroyed Ukraine's entire port infrastructure on its Black sea cost. It's doing nothing lol, fact is practically all of them are shot down.
on paper, sure, but Ukraine as a country has a big azz toothache type of pain from Shahed-136. If Shahed 136s are actually garbage, why have over 50 countries approached Iran to buy them? your trolling azz dumb points dont match up to Shahed-136s reality or true reputation fairly earned on the battlefield.Shahed 136 is a garbage drone that's not stealthy nor hard to intercept
how would you know? you cant even find or interpret any basic stats on the internet properly. No one ever begged Iran of anything.
it costs nothing. Even if %5 goes through ukrainian air defenses, it's a lot of bang for your buck. It's doing nothing lol, fact is practically all of them are shot down.

20-40k dollars isn't nothing, and Ukraine is given old stock missiles which are practically free for the west. It's not even 5 percent, it's probably less than that.it costs nothing. Even if %5 goes through ukrainian air defenses, it's a lot of bang for your buck.
İf it makes them spend SAM missiles, that are probably much more valuable than the drone itself, all the better. If it saturates the ukrainian air defense in some places opening a window for the Su-25s to conduct strikes even more better.
What do we see? For every video of Shahed hitting something, there's a dozen of videos of it being shot down.lmao.....thats not what the videos we see every other day in Ukraine (or from Romania recently) tell us....Shaheds basically destroyed Ukraine's entire port infrastructure on its Black sea cost.

1. Old stock has to be replaced, when ukraine runs out of AIM120As they'll have to request AIM120Cs. When they run out of Sea Sparrows they will need ESSMs. A single AIM120C missile costs more than a hundred Shahed 136s20-40k dollars isn't nothing, and Ukraine is given old stock missiles which are practically free for the west. It's not even 5 percent, it's probably less than that.
For example, NASAMS uses AIM120A. Sea Sparrow is also old, based on the AIM7. But they're perfectly capable of taking out such drones. Stingers, Gepards etc as well.
The best air defenses against such drones would be other drones that crash into them. Such systems allegedly exist already.
