. . .

This version has existed. It’s the man in loop version that allows the drone to circle until operator finds target. Russia has even used this version before in Ukraine, I posted a clip of it attacking a front line target after it changed course.

This is to find to air defenses and other HVT targets after they shut off their radiation source (radar, EM, etc)

It’s more expansive and has better build quality. Russia uses mostly the GNSS only version —cheaper and used for fixed targets.

There’s various S-136 types:
1 with better delta stealth body
1 with small FLIR (posted a few posts above this)
1 with optical seeker
1 with radiation seeker
1 with no seeker and GNSS guidance
1 with microjet engine

I can’t tell if this version has different engine since it includes an air intake.

. . .
Looks like this is microjet powered variant and they are renaming it s-238

Didn't even realize theirs one UAS with the EO ball under the body and one with some EO/IR seeker at the nose. One for loitering before attack, and one for direct attack. Much higher performance characteristics than the lancet in terms of range/payload. Surely these will be operational for Russia soon, their own variant of Gerans can feature the same tech.
