there is a loophole in this system, first nobody knows who shahbaz sharif is, it should be chief minister or the relevant authority, so its pity that self promotion is done in the most concerning matter...
secondly, say you are mugged and you register an FIR, the next morning a recorded call from shahbaz sharif (who the hell is he?) is received and it asks you, if all went well with registering an FIR (the police nowadays dont register FIR, they take application and add up to some previously filled related FIR whose case is still unsolved)
then comes the sms from shahbaz sharif(who the hell he is?), and then the call from feedback department, this guy is a clerk, he has a copy of application/FIR you got registered, he interrogate you about the incident if the FIR matches with the incident, if the FIR doesnot clearly mention the incident, say use word like "I lost my wallet" instead of "I was mugged and lost my wallet", then the feed back clerk would advise you to come over to CCPO office the next day, which you would agree to...
after, say, twenty minutes from that, you would get the call from your relevant police station, he would be like emotional blackmailing, "bhai ap ki ham nay FIR likhi or apnay feedback department ko hamari shakyat ker di, bhai woh hamen phir chakar lagwatay hain, apka kaam ham dekh rahe hain, fikar na karen ho jay ga..." and would ask you to dont go to feedback department(CCPO).
next day again your police station personnel would call and request you not to forward a complain, when you wont visit feedback department to register a complain, that clerk would call you and advise you to visit.... and when you wont go, the whole complain thing would go down the drain.
Now, in this whole process of feedback who the hell was Shahbaz Sharif?
and why on earth was I involved in departmental mistake/problem ?? the chain is process is flawed, what should actually be done is that feedback department standardize the FIR, take my feedback, and go direct with the relevant police station, I should not be involved in it... information taken on phone is enough, filing a complain at CCPO office is stretching it too far, just to avoid the working of feedback system.
