The Baloch ethnic mentality is as far away from reality as anything.
They never had an independent kingdom of their own. The best they could do as a state was Chakar Khan Bijarani, who for the first and last time in history United Balochi tribes, but started a 30 year war with another Trubal chief, and had to leave Balochistan and settle in punjab and die there.
The other Khanate of Qalat was never truly independent and under influence of either Mughals or Afghan rulers, sending paid mercenaries for their wars.
Today Balochistan pays the least amount of tax and paying utility bills is not "Fashionable " in Balochistan, likewise irani diesel and smuggled SUVs are rampant, while the rest of us pay handsome amounts for a mere suzuki alto, they drive Land cruiser for same or less money.
Then they call their province "Backwards " neglecting the smuggled fuel they use and the rest of us spend half of our wages on fuel alone.
Then they ignore the fact that building infrastructure costs money and that money comes from taxes they don't pay. So the rest of us who pay taxes and pay utility bills, have to bear the burden of paying for their development.

They should be thankful to Pakistan for keeping them from Killing each other as Baloch tribal conflicts have killed more Baloch than any foreign force, including Pakistan.
They should also be thankful to us for letting them stay and do business in our areas, while the rest of us get killed or kidnapped for the crime of being a "Labourer " or living in "their area".
