It will take the Indians a bit more time to realize and digest what has happened. Pakistan hit Indian military targets and did significant damage (I'd go even further and say that Pakistan did massive amounts of damage to them. The Indians most probably lost very high value personnel, equipment, installations etc). The Indians went into a complete shock and didn't know what to do in response. The silence from their military is deafening.
I have been saying this for as long as I remember that the Indian Hinduists have a history of surrendering when faced with an equally strong opponent. Especially when it comes to an opponent who is no longer subject to limiting terms of engagements when it comes to conventional military systems, the Indians are at a loss in terms of what to do. Also, another fact that many people forgot to mention: The USA/NATO is still present in Afghanistan. Pakistan after all in an American ally and would not let a situation develop where American soldiers are at an increased risk.
The Indian false flag in Pulwama heavily backfired on them.
Once the USA/NATO has left Afghanistan, the Indians are in for a big, big surprise.
But, hopefully the Indians will remain delusional and continue to believe in their delusions of grandeur because then that would be the ultimate victory for Pakistan.
