This is how i think, who would i choose, a muslim that does corruption and hurts the country and the people or a qadyani that does good for the country. I would prefer a qadyani in that case.

Firstly this EAC [Economic Advisory Council] is not something new. Musharraf's Abdul Hafeez Sheikh had one, and Ishaq Dar also made it. Some of the names of this wonderful 18 were in those EACs also [Sakib Sherani[Mush],Ashfaq Khan [Dar],etc..]. Its a meetup chaired by Finance Minister on taxpayers expense where some of these individuals meet, give a powerpoint presentation and return. The real deal is the ECC [Economic Coordination Committee]. If PM does'nt chair this advisory board or accept their recommendations, its a wasteful exercise.

Ahmadis living in Pakistan most of their life hide their identity and try to identify themselves as mainstream Muslims. They don't want to consider themselves as a minority which they are as per law. There is a bloody history about this esp. 1956 riots. PTI needs to remind themselves how an oath change by Sharif Govt. [due to western pressure] brought about faizabad lockdown and PML-N MPAs beaten on the streets. Their law minister had to resign and still his house was attacked. Some PML-N MPAs like Sialvi left the party due to this very issue,. PTI should be smart and not stupid as social media is very different from our public on the streets. One push in Punjab or any such misunderstanding about their relation with Ahmadis would be disaster for his coalition govt.

There is no central authority in Islam. Maudodi had a View which was rejected by his own followers. A consensus. An ijma of Muslims.

The same Ijma declared Qadiyanis as heretics or a different religion after detailed discussions under the umbrella of the majlis e shura.

Now, I can assume what your story is leading up to be. You and your type will blame Atif of trying to affect Pakistan's "strategic and geopolitic circumstances". In essence, you will say, in due course, that Atif being a a 'Qadiyani' is looking to hurt Pakistan.

Pakistan needs to focus on what works for the country, not what works for the Chinese, Arabs or Americans. Each country has to look out for its own interests. Atif was right about transparency about CPEC and the potential issues it will cause for Pakistan. But, religion trumps rationality in this country.

I don't know any Alim e deen, as i said my knowledge is lacking. I do listen to Nouman Khan sometimes
