First Fake Degree is crime they should spend time in Jail.
Second its unfair for those who have degree and are unemployed.
Third PIA is making huge loss.
Fourth PIA is overstaffed.
Fifth because PIA Ops is no where near any International Airline(They don't have enough plane for Local Route). Sixth PIA Services are shitty ( International Airline Plane will immediately return and ground the plane if Cabin Pressure is not maintained while PIA carry on and no one care including passengers(why would they when PIA have only 2 flight for day for main local route and Both departed late) i am talking about 777)

our education system of most universities not equipt students with necessary skills for practical job and most studies is limited to theories lower level jobs not require any college degree only internship can train anyone for such jobs.More complex jobs require college degree from good universities and after internet and youtube many individual have got knowledge of many skills even without going college on their own
