That's as vague a statement as it gets. So we support India's "aspiration" to play a bigger role.
If you want to take that as a statement of unconditional support, ask yourself why India is not a UNSC permanent member despite every P5 member apparently supporting them?
And why you've been asking for it for over a decade yet the UNSC reforms have only seen delay after delay?
