Scottish Independence Refrendum, polls open

.
For all the crimes the British have committed all over the world over the past 400 years, it would be beautiful if Scotland became an independent country.

But unfortunately it won't happen since the elections will be rigged and the Scots are being bullied into voting 'NO'.

Sure the world can learn from China how to conduct free and fair elections. We saw it in Tianmman Square. Your *** must burning today after the results.

Scotts would be much better off independent from the British failed system.

Yet we get the most legal and illegal migrants from your country and not the other way around? Try this kind of vote in Balochistan with only people living in that state voting. Your country will partition again.

fcuk that was close.... thankfully scots voted No .. but I dont think any English person will be happy with the bribary..
English parliament is the next logical step...

.
Thank heavens the scots remained, The Union Jack will not be bastardized in our life time. And the British isles will remain one.

How can you have freedom when you are subordinate to another country and their fat old queen?
UK was established by Scottish queen of England. :) And current fat old queen of UK is German. What does it matters anyway u will be subordinate to someone anyway?

They have personal freedoms and that's what matters.

Red - is NO. As I said earlier, cities and oil islands support to stay in UK, only highlander farmers with sheeps want independence. I personally would give them one.

. . .
This should be a wake up call to the Westminster elite though. More power needs to be devolved to Scotland.

Scotland has chosen to stay with the union. What a surprise /s

If anyone is seriously surprised by this, you need to rethink everything you know about the subject.

Did you see how close it was? 45% of Scotland voted for independence. That's almost half of the population. It could be only a matter of time.

Depends , Scotland's bid to separate is directly linked to the economy and lack of jobs , Once the market correction occurs this spring to early next year as expected we will see the support grow .

Voters aged 16-17: YES: 71%; NO: 29%
Voters aged 65+: YES: 27%; NO: 73%

Looks like Brits need to work on the young minds if they want Scotland to remain ...
