Your comparison doesn't make any logic. You are comparing British US relation vs Saudi British relations. Till late 1980 US foreign policy was very influenced by Britain and still. Same goes with Germany. Plus, Britain and Germany are two purely democratic society and lot more ....Nice one.
Why are some of you people on here so mad at KSA for investing THEIR money in U. S infrastructure?
Do you guys think that they are doing this for charity? It's obviously because they expect a high ROI from this investment. The Saudis have the world's second largest sovereign wealth fund, they have a been investing in many countries around the world. So I don't see issue with investing in the U.S. After all, the U. S is the world's largest FDI stock recipient for a good reason you know
. For example Britain followed by Japan, Germany are the largest investors in the US, China and to a lesser extent India are also increasing their investments in the U.S. So using some people's logic on here, all these countries are just waisting thier money isn't it?
No one is jealous , actually KSA govt always try to win US favor in any form for security. And when one adopt such policy then all type of acts are expected and in any form .
