When a country got totally destroyed with 1400 deaths and 4500 wounded while In Israel, few walls were fell down with 160 deaths and about 200 wounds, I don't think its called victory. Lebanon was literally wiped out. Hizbullah did't get back Shebaa farms, nor liberated Palestine nor occupied 1 inch of Palestinian territory to call it victory. Plus Hisbulah is not Iranian but Arab.
