Now for topic Morocco needs to increase Air Force and JF-17 BLOCK III will be great option also add Submarines to its Navy for that new Kilo class of Russia will be great and as for Tank and Artillery and other machines Pakistan and Turkey can provide easy affordable options

U cannot get money like cheq there r programs and talks then money poured in they been in talks for long time now they in position to get money .Bussiness is not money pouring through Zakers .

Morocco has issues with Spain as well as Algeria but this funding is also for the fact if KSA needs help in some bigger war. Also it's better if Muslim countries are well equipped other wise results are not good.

No amount of Saudi money will help them in their "issues" with Spain.Any attack on Ceuta,Melila,the rest of Spanish held islands is an attack on NATO,EU.
