Rankings of the opposition are already considered, but as for the second point - well the home advantage is not something that a team has cannot be decided easily. Some may argue that Australia is best at home, yes, but after that, you cannot decide if SL is better, or India is better, or SA is better, etc.

grapes r sour.epl is different than ipl.ipl is 4 billion $ entertainment.if pak players r not included ,than it doesnt mean that u will bash on ipl.if ipl is not good,then create ur own challenging the ipl.
