That will be difficult in the case of most Muslims as Islam is a strict religion which cannot tolerate apostasy. A true Muslim is 100% adherent of Sunni Islam and keenly follows their scholars. His views are formed as per Koran, Islamic Aalims. Not neutral studies of religions from non-Islamic or non-biased sources. You have to question the holy books, what these popular Ustad's and Aalim's (Zakir, Ahmed Deedat etc) teaches and portrays Jews, Hindus, Christians and others. This superiority complexes all will melt away and Emaan will become 1/4th when realism kicks in.

No you can eat only special food once a day. No onion garlic non veg, no alchohol, and you have to be celibate for the 41 days

I am talking about studying and knowing about other religions not practicing or adopting them .. and i had questions about islam in my mind .. that wether it is from God or not .. wether Prophet Muhammad SAW was prophet or not ? Or wether Quran is from Allah or not .. but after doing some research and reading and listening to arguements of both sides .. i have comed to conclusion that islam is a true religion from God ... and my eman is way before than before ...
I'll also suggest you to do research on your religion , on islam and other religions with a nuetral mindset

We also don’t allow woman in mosque for prayer. Islam don’t allow this in mosque.
About India , I think Indian Supreme Court should not interfere in religion.

There is no bar on women or men for going to any temple except the temples build for special purposes. In India, there are atleast 200 temples where men can't enter sanctum Santorum. These are special temples having either masculine or femanine influence. So if women go there, it will harm women and otherwise for men. Generally, women do not worship lord Hanuman because he is a god having predominant masculine power which will start menifasting in women which is not desirable for women. It is all about prescription and not about discrimination.

I don't know specifically about Sabrimala but generally hindu fasting food ingredients are healthy
