I don't expect random internet dummies to know Indian laws. Yes, diety have rights and is a perpetual minor.Rights of the deity? Lol.
Of course religious rights which infringe on fundamental rights should be discarded. Next you will tell me about a deity who is forbidden from seeing people of a particular caste.
Fundamental rights include the right to practice any faith. Temple is not a public property it's a private property owned by Hindu board. So, the rules can be made as required by the group.
Is there a deity who forbids seeing particular caste, then you have a point. I'm not gonna play more what if's.
