it's so so
What is so so?

The modernization programme includes the reconstruction of the vessel, an upgrade to the life support systems, missile systems and artillery weapons, as well as to the electronic weapons systems. The hull will be renovated. The reactors will be repaired. Except for the hull and the nuclear power plant, everything else will be new will be new. New radio-communications equipment and radars will be installed. The main acquisition will be the upgraded weapons with new cruise missiles and universal launch systems. The number of cruise missiles on each vessel will increase from originally 20 to 80 after the refit
  • S-400 will replace the S-300F
  • Poliment-Redut will replace the Osa-M
  • P-800 Oniks or Caliber will replace P-700 Granit anti-ship cruise missiles
The cost of rebuilding and modernizing “Admiral Nakhimov” was estimated in 2012 to some RUB 50 billion (€1.24 billion at that time), or roughly the price of the two French-built Mistral class warships ordered by Russia.

Any idea if that is pesa or aesa??
The same poliment radar also powers new gorkshov class frigates i think.

Well, AESA

The 50R6A Vityaz missile system consists of:

Poliment 5P-20K 4 faced active phased array search, tracking and guidance radar

The S-350E radar and launcher can be located as far as 2 km away from the control station. The radar is controlled remotely from the control vehicle, and the entire system can operate either autonomously (with up to two missiles and eight launchers, with 96 missiles in all) or as part of a larger, integrated air-defense system. The company says its effective range is 60 km.
The active, electronically scanned array (AESA) radar can track 100 targets over a 360-deg. field of view, while providing intercept-grade tracking of eight targets and 16 missiles.

Th most interesting part is a technology of production.

The 61-meter-long warship is the largest in the world to feature a monolith hull fabricated from glass-reinforced plastic compound. The material combines the low magnetic signature necessary for a minesweeper dealing with magnetic mines, lower mass compared to metal, high strength to ensure survivability and resistance to corrosion that would allow the ship to last for some 60 years.

According to the Sredne-Nevsky shipyard, the ship manufacturer, it took only 1.5 days to produce the hull using vacuum infusion technology. Both the speed and the size were record-breaking. One-piece plastic hulls are usually made for ships less than half the size of the Aleksandr Obukhov.

In addition to the fiberglass hull the minesweeper has advanced sweeps, submersible drones, and highly integrated and automated control systems.
