My bet is that main aim of the planned offensive will be"Talbisa-Rastan-Hula" rebel enclave. They are encircled there for nearly 4 years and quite an easy target. Hezbollah, Afghans and other mercenaries supported by Russian bombings may take that area and claim super duper victory. Same as did in Quseir in 2013.

That is simply no excuse. If 10 days is a "rush" then heaven forbid they are actually forced into a conflict overnight if this is their level of preparedness.
