Going by what the USA/UK/EU have now approved of the usage of siege tactics on Gaza by suspension of water, electricity and food, it means they cannot complain of those same tactics by Russia on Ukraine ?

So it is now ok for Russia to bomb all energy power plants, food plants, water plants in Ukraine this winter and i won't get upset about like i did last year...

Yeah I know. But I have seen videos of T-72 getting hit by ATGM in Syrian theatre, the munition cook off always points upward of the turret. I have never seen one like this one, the entire tank got engulfed in a ball of fire. It looks like a mine or big bomb to me.

This carousel loading looks great. It makes faster to reload but is a dead trap. Russian tanks are running bombs waiting to explode. A direct hit to the turret, then good night, the crew has no chance to survive.
That concept is much similar to the British battleship Hood. A direct hit, the ship exploded like a bomb.
That’s why Western tanks never use carousel or open loading principle.

Another explanation is that the tank are not structurally sound so the explosion doesn't go upward but everywhere.

If that happened the explosions would come from inside of the tank and go out of the tank. But in this case the explosion looked like is on the outside of the tank and engulfing the tank. I am no expert but in my eyes it looks like a mine or a big bomb.

At least it was a quick death and the crew didn't get slowly roasted.
