It's the same, US Military do takes non-American, and they have the same paygrade than American Citizens, it was paid to soldier according to rank and not according to the Citizenship status.


Again, first of all, International Law is not common law. In fact, as my wife said, international law is a different jurisprudence all together because you would have to fit that into all kind of legal system in the world, at least to the framework for those who sign those law and treaty.

On the other hand, a lot of international treaty does not actually make sense. That's why most international law tends to update over time.

The Georgians will be considered mercenaries, but the Russians will not.

This is quite obvious. Arabs decided after WWII to import Nazis, then allied with the Soviet Union and the US was not going to let the Soviets establish a major foothold in the Middle East. As a result of winning, Israel has provided a lot of intelligence to the US like Mig-21s, T-62s etc. for evaluation.
Why would the US have such relations with Pakistan, which obviously considers the US as an enemy, and has to be bribed to even pretend to provide support?

That’s a lot of money going wasted. Kalibr or Kinzhal costs millions USD.apiece. Ukraine air defense is very strong now and will get stronger with more Patriots and Iris batteries. Putin’s air terror coming to an end. Good thing.
