Yes the Nato long range surveillance radars pick up the signals of the Russians bombers when they take off in a Russia airbase. The radars follow the flight paths. Then follows the hand over. The Patriots radars acquire the bombers when they are approaching Ukraine air defense area. When the Kinzhal is released, then begins the race of a quick math calculation.
