I read it in the news about that Elon musk starlink. that’s a gross misinformation. Starlink is an internet satellite communications service. Ukraine army uses it for voice, data, messaging service. Like other people use it für the same reason. I can buy a Starlink dish at the nearest retailer. That doesn’t mean anything military.
Ukraine does not rely on Starlink to bombard the Russians. Missies, rockets or drones use other means to find their targets.

A Czech Primoco One UAV was shot down for the first time in Ukraine. The UAV was shot down by MANPADS by Russian military personnel of the Bars-10 volunteer detachment over the territory of the former Kakhovka reservoir. The Primoco One UAV was developed by the Czech company Primoco UAV, the flight speed of this drone is up to 150 km/h, the time in the air is up to 15 hours, technical information about it is on the channel.

Footage of the damaged Russian large landing ship "Minsk", project 775/II, has been published; we have technical information about these ships on our channel. The ship was damaged after an attack on Sevastopol by Ukrainian Storm Shadow cruise missiles, manufactured in Great Britain; information about these missiles is also available on the channel. On the same day, the diesel submarine B-237 "Rostov-on-Don" of project 636.3 "Varshavyanka" was also damaged; it was in dry dock for repairs. It is not yet known what damage the submarine received, most likely minor since it is protected by a durable hull. Despite the severe damage to the Minsk landing ship, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that both ships would be repaired.

That was obvious from satellite image that they were damaged but repairable.

Saturation attack to a static target like airbase-radar installation with initial drone swarms followed with cruise missile swarms cannot be handled by S-300-400+Pantsyr-Tor combination alone. Airborne early warning system for low flying targets are necessary. Either an awacs or a blimp radar installation(which can be somewhat more easier to integrate end less costly to deploy for Russia in Crimea) can alert the cruise missile launches earlier for defense systems to prepare. Ukraine possibly uses Nato Awacs intel before Geran-Kalibr attacks.

Pantsyr can only engage 4-5 targets simultaneously. In the last attack it was claimed to have shot down 5 missiles. However saturation attack consists of 8+cruise missiles and many more kamikaze drones. It is a mobile platform and can protect mobile platforms and columns but for a static target either multiples of them are necessary(low cost-range Pantsyr variants like Sosna coupled with Pantsyrs) or a different approach can be taken. For protecting static positions the radar needs to be capable enough to engage-track 20 targets simultaneously from short ranges. It only needs to scan low altitudes qued by awacs-blimps. Short range missiles are enough but they should be vertical catapult launched. This way 20-30+ missiles can be stacked together vertically and towed with the platfrom instead of carrying more at the turret like Pantsyr. Vertical launch adaptation can reduce the maximum range-altitude of the missile but it would be a short range low altitude system for swarm attacks.
