First of all, Russia already uses cluster munitions.
Second, Russia keeps saying "escalation" everytime the US transfers a basic *** system, and Russia does nothing about it. At this point it's just embarrassing for the Russians.

Nice - so the DPICMs are 155M shells with cluster bombs, and rockets with cluster bombs - ie no plane launched JDAM type cluster bombs ?

This also buys the US time to increase its 155mm production capacity. It’s currently at 24K per month with the goal of 70-80K per month by late 2024 early 2025. The US has a stockpile of 3 million DPICMs
Bro, it's time for Russia to send in the long range bombers and level all decision making centres in Ukraine. Bonus if they get the clown of Kiev and free the people of Ukraine from his BS. The more advanced the weapons get being sent to Russia the closer we get to the nuclear threshold. And god-forbid if that happens as it will be a truly regrettable day world over.
