So? These things can be bought in China. Hell, they buy millions of iPhones in China and truck them to a warehouse in China then trucked to Russia across Amur river. Just because Europe banned iPhone sales to Russia does not mean Russians cannot buy iPhones unless Europe bans iPhone sales to China.

My guess is existing versions of Leopard 2 stored somewhere ready for some updates. Considering previous production time, and the general increase in defence spending, it would be impossible to donate 14 new Leopard 2 in 8 months.

I look for the news. Those 14 leopards 2 A4 will come from the industry stocks, aka from Rheinmetall and Krauss-Meiffey. The tanks will be refreshed before sending to Ukraine.
