4 aircraft shot down, mostly flown by Soviet pilots was one front of the war. The engagement and shoot down (with 0 losses) was only one example of the war being waged against Afghanistan. But you have managed to pick that as the only example.

at the time the Russian fired the drones they had lost more than 60% of energy grid. after Russia ran out of drones , they grid come back slowly.

Ukraine still awaits the arrival the mass of tanks and weapons. Especially the leopards 1, leopards 2. Some weapons arrived, some not. Ukraine needs tanks to overcome the Russians trenches and artillery. Makes no sense to start too early without sufficient amor. Be patient.
