The modus operandi of aggressors and those responsible for the war want to stage fake incidents and get the media to focus on staged incidents. To make specific mass killings of civilians the poster of Russian crimes. These have many conflicting reports and uncertainty. The reason why Russia wants you to focus on these is if Russia gets charged with war crimes, is the entire invasion is a war crime. Shelling of cities. Rape of females. Shooting of civilians. The Russians want you to only focus on the poster incident of war crimes, that have many layers of Russian psy-ops, so when these go to the Hague. There is planned to be not enough evidence, and the ICC says there is not enough evidence of Russian war crimes.
Phase 1: Nuke an entire country
Phase 2: Spread rumors you bombed a candy factory
Phase 3: Get media attention on that candy factory, if you did not bomb the candy factory, you did not nuke the country. A logical fallacy.
Get the pro-Russia media focusing on the candy factory saying if that candy factory was not bombed by Russia, then the nukes weren't real too, or were from Biden or anything.
This is how you get away with murder. This is why each and every war crime needs to be prosecuted. Not simply the poster incidents that the media focus on. Every rape. Every city bombed. Every civilian shot.
Otherwise Russia is going to claim to be the victim of smear campaign and say Ukrainians are liars and aggressors.
