Who Told you India Buying From U.S. ?? This is called Posting before thinking. India has deal with Russia, France, U.K., Israel and U.S.A. ( India is Buying various modern and best things worth 100 Billion $ within 3 Years ). So, Some Goes to U.S. too. (Its nothing about U.S., Its about Superiority in specific thing which India Needs.)
Recently, India is planning to buying Rafael or Typhoon ( These 2 are Best and better than U.S. One) , It Completed the Deal with Russia ( 5th Generation Aircraft PAK FA and FGFG ) then AMCA (5th generation aircraft made in India). India Bought Boeing from U.S. (because it was best in world). Making 2 AirCraft Carrier, Brahmos - 2, Many Nuclear Submarine with Russia, there are so many things with Israel also. Its Mostly From Russia, Israel and then U.S. and European Countries. Its all about buying Best as they are expensive not country specific.
US has invested billions in Indian cheap labour (call centre etc) and its time for India to return the favour.

Again, Useless Post. US didn't invested. Few Companies Invested because of Business opportunities. Do You Know Indian Companies Like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Tata, Birla, Thermax, L&T, Punj llyod, Bharti Airtel, Jain irrigation, Voltas, and many more has Invested more than 100 Billion $ Abroad as business opportunity ?? is that mean India is Investing ?? Means Middle east will pay back or Europe ? Think before writing.
