Turkey does not have the strategic capabilities to fight one on one with Russia. It does not need such a challenge also, according to geopolitical interests of the country. Not really GNA was losing to be honest eventhough it took Haftar 1 year. Haftar was actually coming close it was taking long but he was poised to take Tripoli.
