Mean spirited, vicious people exist everywhere.

I for one respect a true soldier sacrifice, no matter his uniform!

I was wondering about the other one, specific to Siachen. That is why I called it a 'verse', rather than a poem.

No idea. Probably will have to ask someone in the military.
