The whole citizenship offering drana was a facade to show to the outer world ,in reality nothing was done or intended to be done for their upliftment.

But after loosing the war Pakistan rejected to accept them . Due to their notorious role during civil war, Bangladeshis also do not recognize them. As a result, the next generation of Biharis who are in no way connected to the crimes of their forefathers are living a subhuman life.

This is not something you will dictate. Urdu is a language of Bengal as well. You will see one of the official language of West Bengal is Urdu. Bihar and Bengal is East India

Bihar and Bengal was same under Mughals, Nawabs, Sultans and British. Not to forget Pala, Murya, Guta era as well.
