He is Punjabi (majority ethnic in Pakistan), while Punjabi is only 2.7 % of Indian population. Pakistan is the best representation of Rishi Sunak, not India. Any way his family does comes from Pakistani region.

. His grandparents are from British India and moved to Africa before Pakistan ever existed.What is clear though is that he is of hindu Punjabi origin, 99% of the group live in India.

What is different between Sunak (Pakistani origin), different religion with majority (Islam) with this Indonesian Christian musician ( he is still Indonesian citizen and living in Indonesia).
Same ethnicity, only religion and name is different (Christian name/Western name)
Or with this women, Ayu (number 9) Indonesian Hindu and part of our national team
Or our Muslim Finance Minister with Hindu name, Sri Mulyani Indrawati
