Hairdresser is definitely a greedy a$$ because his shop and service doesn't deserve 2000 for Hair cut and facial. But 2000 is not rip-off at decent hairdresser. Anyway he should always ask rate before, being foreigner he should have this much common sense.

Like 2 years ago the facial massage rate was rs 1000.
