Revealed: The LCA Tejas That The IAF Has Chosen

. .
:P this "squadron" will have two aircrafts ...

"hard landing on moon"
"landing straight on the ocean"
and now "squadron" with 2 aircrafts :D

top marks for storytelling

Storytelling. Iam sure your school syllabus will be too ashamed to publish India's stride in science and in the field of aerospace. Well You can be ignorant believing that the water on moon was discovered by SUPARCO. lol.

U guys should also order Trucks for showcasing during parades just in case :partay::partay::partay:

We already have em. Every single engined fighter was paraded on trucks and we all know how effective and game changing war machines were they all during the required times.

.
Well, for us, Its an aircraft better than the one it is intended to replace. Its never gonna be a maintenance nightmare to the extent of imported equipments. Your OEM is here and literally your entire supply chain and availability of spares are designed according to IAF's requirements.

Its size may just be an advantage in stealth however, its real advantage are the carbon composites and the RAM coating.

The Spares can lie right next to the aircraft and it wont matter because it will take fifty minutes to do a job that could be done in 15 like a maintenance friendly jet such as a F-5

Kush hona sab ka Right hai ji :partay:

These were MASSIVE oversights if so and the IAF was right to tell the ADA to fix it or forget them even looking at it.

What like what? 4 airframes of these maintenance nightmare examples?

If it wasnt "stealthy" considering its puny size then it would be an embarrassment. Small fighters have naturally small RCS.

Rate of Serial production is being increased as we speak

Tejas is already equpped with built-in-test-equipment (BITE) and that narrows down the attention of the technician to the faulty area thus reducing the TAT between multiple missions.

Then u guys should order gripen`s just in case if u guys need them......

Airforce has a healthy sanctioned Squadron limit and grippen is fighting for its share of pie too.

What is this fellow trying to do ?

There seems to be a known flaw where the aircraft catches fire and this fellow is put in place to put it out in case that happens

Like you know it!! Its undergoing Hot refuelling as part of the certification. If something were wrong the pilot wouldnt be in it.Believe me, something of this magnitude happening for the first time on an an aircraft and that too a part of its certification knowing all which the pilot is still in it,consider the Aircraft has already proved its calibre .

Again, that is all tangential to the actual issue. What if the technician cant get to the place where he needs to as quickly as even the Mirage-2000's the IAF has.

What do you mean he can't reach the source of issue? What ever thats likely to come up within the lifespan of its spares are well within the reach of the technicians. You dont do an overhaul between sorties, do you?

It shows that this is just show that it is experimental system with flaws still being worked out

Here is hot refueling pic
clean and precise , one airman on watch

Compare this to the drama pic of yours

One with expired fire extinguisher and the other with his face covered with cap , and third lifting hands for what
There seems to a tears in the refueling probe and some pans placed underneath to stop spills from leaks , the ground gives a glimpse of the spill
