As i know the steady policy of PRC, China has no intentions to invade any country till they achieve the milestone to becoming number one on economic front w.r.t Nominal GDP.......... which takes at least one decade ..................

What is the maximum number of vessels a navy like PLAN can deploy at a time in Indian ocean? What about fuel and supplies? If you think PLAN would even dare to come against IN in IOR then you shouldnt be in a defence forum.

The reality is all those combat vessels are essentially Anti Piracy Escort. People are getting a bit too much worked up on it.
