How about having a system,that will alert when an actions is taken on the basis of reporting done by some one?

For example,If I have reported a post,and mods have deleted that post,I must get a alert denoting the action taken due to my reporting.

There was a system wherein remains of a deleted post remained visible along with remarks of the moderator bringing out reasons for removal of that post.
