basically there will a vote of some sorts through the UN or something for sikhs all over the world to indian held punjab an independent country...

Happy wetdreaming to Pakistanies, they couldn't get referendum done in Kashmir which was UN mandated and has majority muslim population and they are talking about yet another Indian state where they have already failed once.I am afraid loosers just in process will loose their baloochistan too like east pakistan.
