India needs eugenics as does Pakistan. I am pretty sure our countries have more in common due to shared ethnic connections, and a more intelligent population would help settle tensions as it is mostly stupid people who fail to see there is a world outside the India-Pakistan conflict and that most other nations regard both our peoples to be of the same stock.

India and Pakistan needs to build well developed cities with good infrastructure and education, and allow only high IQ people to reside or work in them. Of course there will be different levels of intellect, the labourers will be lower IQ, but they must nevertheless have a moderately high IQ (say above 90). It must also be inculcated into the masses that the pursuit of labour is a noble one, and that they must not be considered as 'dirty'. The reason Western countries are so clean is because even the lowly street cleaner is afforded some respect from people, while us subcontinentals like to sneer.

Birth rates in these cities must be promoted while being supressed elsewhere. These cities would also be free from any affirmative action nonsense.

This is what India and Pakistan should be doing instead of fighting eachother, religion is trivial, race is eternal.

You get it...and as well as the part of dignity of labour...wish more of you existed...what is religion other than a mere thought in the brain? while race is baked into your DNA
