Rajdeep and Sagarika to resign as Reliance takes over Network 18

The real enemy of free media is corporates in India. All news agencies openly criticise politicians, beurocrats etc but not any corporate entity.
Very rarely you will see any scathing investigative report on tatas, birlas or ambanis.
There is an unwritten rule not to be too critical of corporates because most media are owned by some corporate house.

You socialist prick, it is these very corporates that provide employment to millions of Indians. Keep your idealistic vision to yourself

You can talk with a little more manners buddy. Convey what you want without using such words.

Yeah let's make India a communist state for the sake of independent media :D

Leftist/liberal logic.

Surprising how these types even find support in the West considering that all the welfare money that they get from their governments comes from the billions earned by these corporates.

Sir, till now the media only criticized the nationalists. No matter how draconian a rule or how unjust a statement that a so-called liberal/secularist/leftist politician said, the media will ignore it. The elections itself was pathetic. Congress can show a hand formation, TMC can wave their version of tricolor outside polling booths but Modi flashed the lotus, he was targeted. Till date, there was no mandatory mention of spouse in state elections which is why Modi abstained from writing his wife's name and when he wrote it became a sudden media sensation; but when the same thing was asked about why Damaad ji is able to make so much money from land acquisitions, Pappu's sister said this is infringement of family's personal matter and the media sucked it up.

I can cite to you thousands of examples like this where the so-called 'free media' till date only did what these cultural marxists and their foreign mentors told them to do, during the course of last 10 years. But you will deny them one after another.

So let us leave it to the current system.

The point is, though I don't appreciate Reliance as a corporate of committment unlike TATAs, they at least kicked out these paid news traders.

To believe that Indians would be again washed away with supposed created news, then that would be challenging and questioning their intellect.

The hag has gone at last. Now Bhupendra Chaubey is trying to be new Rajdeep Sardesai and the new bimbos in CNN IBN will take some time to be moulded into Sagaraikas role as they are quite new to Sickularism. :D

communist states do not have free media.
the media should be free from corporate influence otherwise nobody will belive in what is written in it. if people lose basic trust in press, they will only believe in rumours.

well that does not give licence to influence our free press. its not their fault though, the press ownership issue is a bit tricky to solve.
try not to use insulting words, you are new, try to survive first.

Sagarika Ghosh is so anti national. I remember she once compared with Indians living in Abroad with Bangladeshi illegal immigrants. She has no patriotism whatsoever.
