While Pakistani armed forces produce higher quality troops, WE should not assume that Indians have virtually no accomplishments in the battlefield and cannot fight. Pakistani armed forces also had the opportunity to source quality equipment from multiple countries (American; French; Swiss; South African; Turkish; Chinese; Russian) for its needs which helped us counter Indian investments in defensive applications (Russian-origin in large part), but Indians have gotten the memo eventually and are sourcing equipment from multiple countries in the present which will make difference for them in the years to come.

Therefore, advanced technologies deliver even in seemingly mediocre hands and enable them to surmount overwhelming challenges when the need arises. Training, mobilization(s), and exposure helps in developing tactics with new equipment on top.
Now that Western sources are willing to offer lucrative deals to Indian on many counts, Indian armed forces will showcase substantial leaps in capability across the board. WE should be mindful of these developments and remain ever vigilant.
