Honestly 15 mins of jogging is nothing to give up smoking for! but anyways if u want to quit smoking you need to have lots of self control-i'v been smoking since the day i started working-and thats a long time, but i dont want to quit just yet-more vigorous exercise too will turn you off smoking-it happened to me when i started gym-so i quit the gym but honestly, exert more will power and be more physically active! and about the stress that got you started in the first place-well talk it out and you will feel much better!
