Question: On AI and Power

I was thinking of the best way to make an AI. (Theoretically) the natural progression of an AI would be make it, let it develop and feed it data and then allow it to reprogram itself, then give it open access to everything like the internet etc. But this is done on a computer.

There would be a point where the AI and the internet itself would be inseparable to the point where you couldn't discern between the two. So if something went bad, you could switch the internet off.

Then I thought why don't you make AI and electricity, as pretty much everything has electric currents. Then it could live in the internet, on devices, in the power grid and all electronic things, and in electricity itself.

Does anyone know about electricity, specifically, can you program electricity itself?

i.e self-conscious electrical power

e.g. can you program electricity to make it go from, just say, Russia all the way to Bangkok without the internet, or wires or wireless, magically, like through the natural atmosphere or earths natural power grid.

Also i think donald trump is an AI robot, because he rules from D.C.

hold on, i just made a quantum leap in my head, what if you make the AI on a computer and tell it to copy itself (source code) into electricity. all comments welcome.

I think you are saying that electricity should have dual functions that is internet as well as powersupply using same signals and media correct me if I am wrong

kind of, you know AI (self-conscious intelligence or mind) that they make on the computers these days. Im trying to know if you can make that into electricity itself, instead of a machine like a computer.
