Step 2) China has now created Cross-Border Interbank Payment System (CIPS) as an alternate to US' SWIFT Payment system

Step 3) Dump US dollar as world reserve currency. This is in progress and will complete in the next few years.

Once this happens US will go kaput.

China is encircled in the first and second island chain, we never saw Chinese ships doing Mexican gulf lap (like many CCP bots promised), but Taiwan strait passes and FONOP in the SCS are real and routine occurrence.
