the thing is there's no such thing, China knows it's in deep trouble now, the fuel of China rise which is the collaborative environment of trade between them and the west had been on a steady decline now, for a country of 1.4 Billion people not being able to match the GDP of the USA (a country less than a quarter of China's population), shows China is actually a underperformer.
