Russia is more a friend to India than to Pakistan but on Afghanistan issue, we and Russia are pretty much on the same plate.
Erdogon lost all his trust & influence in Afghanistan the day they gave Dostume refuge and wanted to station Turkish troops in Kabul.
Erdogon is a fraud and only uses Islam to further his political agenda willing to sell his army to the west against muslims. Today Turkish troops are being booted out, Dostum fled with his tail between his legs, and Taliban have warned Erdo not to cross their red line.
The only true leader of the muslim world today is IMRAN KHAN. If talibs want any legitimacy or support they should recognize Imran Khan as amir ul mumineen.
Islamic scholars or mullah cannot be Caliph, Emir, or label themselves as Commander of the faithful. That title can only be held by a strong POLITICAL LEADER under Sunni Jurisprudence
Turkey seems confused!
Kabul airport drama
dostum being flown into Afghanistan
Turkey needs to get its act together and decide once and for all east or west... balancing act can be fruitful but very difficult in the new world order of multi polar world politics!

Indians were celebrating Putin call to Modi but apparently Modi was told that India using Afghan soil to spread terrorism is no longer an option. NDS headquarter seizure by Taliban have revealed a lot of dirty Indian secrets.
Turkey have joined hands with taliban and soon this will become mlre evident.
You are putting too much faith in a hypothetical regional bloc TBH.Don't be so sour. Finally we are on the verge now of a regional bloc becoming a reality.
Whether you like it or not, US/NATO and India cannot influence our region anymore. The world should embrace itself for a regional bloc between Russia, Pakistan, China, Afghanistan, Central Asian States and Iran. This regional bloc will trade and also form a military alliance eventually. Most likely smaller nations in the neighborhood will join.
Modi was told by whom? Are you a mind reader?

Interesting how he called Pakistan PM the next day after he spoke to the Indian PM. Wonder what was requested of Putin.Indians were celebrating Putin call to Modi but apparently Modi was told that India using Afghan soil to spread terrorism is no longer an option. Remember SEATO (1954 - 1977) and CENTO (1955 - 1979)? Pakistan joined both. These blocs looked promising when they formed but did not achieve much in the grand scheme of things. Countries do not follow each other blindly; simply care about their own interests in the end.
To give you some perspective:
1. Turkey cannot ignore Europe (and NATO) due to its geography.
2. Central Asian Republics have had border disputes.
3. China continues to work with entire world.
4. Russia is seeking respectful treatment from NATO irrespective of tensions with this bloc. Russia will continue to work with India as well.
5. Iran is under heavy sanctions which make it very difficult for other countries to make solid deals with it.
6. Afghanistan needs to establish international goodwill to recover.
These countries can discover ways to work with each other but will all ignore additional economic streams? Unlikely.
USA is able to influence global trends due to multiple factors; the largest consumer-driven economy in the world; supplier of advanced technologies to many countries; USD being one of the global reserve currencies; member (and donor) of various International Organizations; UN co-founder and VETO member; formidable military might with the capacity to deploy in any location if necessary. These factors collectively shape and define 'options' for Americans in various themes.
USA does not need to be in Afghanistan to influence this hypothetical bloc, or any other.
Global Order is shaped by various realities. Let us be realistic in our expectations.
TAPI is American proposal by the way.
