Exactly my thoughts.

CM Punjab should technically not exist right now.

Jab dil karta hai court faisla aik din main day deti hai, jab din karta hai latka deti hai.

This was and is an issue of utmost importance. Have day to day hearings and get this sorted out, an illegal person is holding the CM slot at this moment.

Similarly, the petition for opening of roads and raids, it could be done in the evening. Pichlay haftay main 3 occassions theen where the courts remained open until midnight, why not now? This was an important public issue, kal dunya na office bhi jana hai, apart from the obvious march.

Same way, if the courts hadn't delayed their decisions, we would not be in this mess. Pehle hi faisla ajata keh loton ka vote wouldn't be counted then kuch bhi na hota and Punjab govt would have remained.
