It alone should be evident that no ethinicity is superior. Dr. Yasmeen Rashid is a shining example, a woman, a cancer patient and yet she is still head strong. Those doubting should look at her first.

This man could identify only four opposing members of PTI narrative, please ban them all so this forum could compete INSAF.pk in peddling the narrative of PTI.

I am not doubting that Dr. Yasmin is a respectable woman, a cancer survivor or she is not doing her best to keep her party alive. I appreciate her enthusiasm though i differ her political views, if you want me to stop opposing her political narrative i would gladly quit the forum.

yar enough with the ethnic divisions, I speak as a half urdu-speaking (muhajir) and half punjabi, who was discriminated against for not speaking punjabi well (early childhood in khi). I also see the extreme hatred from urduspeaking towards punjabis calling paindus and other slurs. Only marrying withing urdu speaking. I guess my parents were the exception to the rule.

Do you think the average punjabi has any say on what these generals are upto or the average urdu speaking ? or any other ethnicity. For all the jokes about software update. The real software update happens in Kakul and police academies. I have seen reasonable people adopt a thug like attitude after going through police academy.

Here is a list of achievements of generals of every ethinicity

IskM - Own goal specialist Bengali
Ayub (FJJ,sowing bengali hatred 1 unit, basic democracy) -- Pathan
Yahya Khan-- obvious Pathan
Zia-- Siachen, NS and other dangerous laws without reforming courts. Punjabi
ABeg -Muhajir/UrduSpeaking (Mehran gate)
Musharraf Muhajir/Urdu speaking (WOT and Nro1 )
Kiani - Punjabi (Salala, OBL, Nro1)
RS -- (NOC 4 working immediately afterwards, tiny crime compared to others)
Bj --( NS going outside, NCM, ...... )

Sindhis have had the only Civilian MLA, Baloch are probably missing due to their low population.
Judges who got independence after the judges march, got too big for themselves (Riko Diq, and SJC against QFE). Bottom line is that we south asians/pakistani get too big for our britches if we get a little bit of authority. Have no concept of a servant leader.
 
PTI supporters can’t camp out for days on end. I’ve mentioned before—in 2014 it was the followers of Tahir ul Qadri who were camping out. PTI supporters came only in the evening for speeches and then left. Imran Khan’s container used to sit in isolation during the day.

I don’t see camping equipment, food preparation arrangements, or toilet/washing facilities etc. Qadri’s people had all the arrangements.

In the present circumstances if Imran Khan stayed 24-hours with a few supporters Sharif’s thugs will kidnap him.

IK should call a general strike all over Pakistan and then have it one day a week. Make Pakistan ungovernable by the criminals.

We are all together on this boat. Our parent's generations were ingrained with ethnic and racial biases (British were masters of this divisive approach, so actively cultivated these divisions). God bless them (our parents), but let's not carry their sins forward. We are educated, have seen the world. We must look out for each other, as long as each of us swears to the social contract of being a Pakistani. It is always okay to make light hearted fun of each other. As you, I grew up in a non Pakhtun majority area always being the brunt of "akhroot", and Pathan jokes (usually use Sikh and Pathan inter-changeably). It used to bother me when I was young. Now I'll occasionally laugh at it myself, if the person has no ill intention or malice. If the person has an agenda or bias, I'll get them to show their petty nature. (learn a few Muhajir and Punjabi jokes as well - to give a healthy return of dose). But in none of these situations will I equate my ethnicity being put down as a reason for me to dislike the other person's ethnicity. In my mind if they bring malice or bias, they are ignorant, and uneducated, and never had the joys of good Pakhtun friends. I too have had to work against my own biases, and I continue to do that everyday.

Like I said we Pakistanis are on this boat and journey together. Let our younger generation be more unified for a better stronger Pakistan.

Remember SC also said app aiin jalsa kerin or jain and told the government not to stop IK. The government, however, did not listen, IK on the other hand did and like he always say we will respect the institutions of Pakistan, people need to understand that politics is a clever game and IK has learned to play it. N league wanted to pitch PTI against the army and state organs and spread more anarchy. Remember they were shouting all day, they have weapons, danda, etc. Their dream of chaos did not succeed.
IK has shown once again that he has the power of people behind him and police gardi cannot stop them to reach Islamabad. There were earlier reports that the establishment wanted this to actually play out and see how much force can IK muster. I do believe they got their answer. 6 days more. Lets see what happens!
People will remember those who sacrificed their today for our tomorrow. Aisa khuddar logon ko mera Salam!
