GPS-Mil (and any other similar guidance system) is vulnerable to replay attacks.

GPS get the position using the time delay of receiving signal, you can encrypt the message, but you can't encrypt the delay time, never, no matter how you design the system.

Russians have fielded significant EW capabilities in Syria and they could not pull this off.
