Possible new LACM?

This could be a new kind of cruise missile TEL, the rear part looks like CJ-10 boxes, the little gap suggests that they can be elevated in order to be fired.

This new system may be related to this other one, who has been seen some weeks ago (maybe this is the missiles' transporter):

In my opinion a stealth cruise missile is more effective than a ballistic missile in China's current hostile environment. In order to defeat US missile shield, that is beeing deployed in Japan and S. Korea, or India's ABM system, China's cruise missiles could be a surprise weapon. These ABM systems are focused on ballistic missile defense, but hardly are also effective against cruise missiles.

The advantages of LACM over ballistic missiles are:

1-they are usually less expensive than ballistic missiles, so a larger number can be deployed at the same cost.

2-they are harder to detect by radars, since they can fly at very low altitude. This feature is greatly enhanced if the missile has also stealth features. Space based sensors can detect a ballistic missile beeing fired, but it's hard to detect a cruise missile launch. This compensate their slower speed.

3-their precision is usually very accurate (CEP< 3-10 m), this compensate their smaller payload.

4-cruise missiles are always on mobile TEL, thus a preventive attack on them is very difficult.

This is a new brand chassis, different from traditional WS and Taian trucks. It almost has stealth features!

Once again, something that China shows today was actually developed years ago, but has remained hidden for two years.

I thought all cruise missiles are stealth anyway as they have very small RCS.

Simply look at the american AGM-129:

It has true stealth features, much more than a Tomahawk or your Brahmos.

Are you referring to the new 12x12 TEL?

Why should China develop another TEL for CJ-10? The current one is already more than sufficient.

Moreover, these boxes seem a bit larger and longer than CJ-10's (reason for a longer TEL).

CJ-10 has been in combat service for years&#12290;It is only natural that a new generation of LACM is under R & D or even nearing deployment&#12290;

Cruise missile once detected are dead meat... Their slow speed makes them easily intercepted.

Ballistic missile, even detected and try to destroy it will means no easy feat. They fly very high and hit you with very fast speed(at least Mach 6). Their damage is also very great(Imagine an kinetic impact hit you at 6 mach..., not to mention explosive warhead hiting you at 6 mach)compare to cruise missile.

Fast speed meaning also lesser reaction time for enemy to counter it. Newest version of Ballistic Missile has CEP of 10m or less.. Russian Iskandar and China DF-15/21 or SY-400.
