Exactly, which is why I was wondering how far it was shot from, if it was shot at the 600m max then even at 12"x12", it would be very well shot target.

Waisee @Icarus - We've been upgrading & constructing everything from Tanks and ATGMs on one hand to Naval vessels and Fighter Planes on the other - Shouldn't we have designed & constructed a Battle Rifle for the Pakistan Army way back in the '70s ?

Let alone tinkering here & there with a marginally post-WW2 era design now in 2014 ?

We've been working on the G3 and made many changes to it overtime to ensure that its performance remains comparable if not at par with the latest assault rifles, the whole world develops their rifles based on either the gas operated or roller-delayed blow back mechanism and so do we. Our preference for the 7.62 round slightly limits our capacity to scale down the size of our rifles without sacrificing range or penetration as a result.
