Pof rifles are strictly for LE /Military only, though they are trying to enter foreign civil market, such as with mp5... ...
Coming to the second question then, basically DMR is issued at Squad level, it could be deployed in on going op in NW where range is upto 500meters and cover fire is required.....
In the same way, in Urban area, Marksman can be deployed at 300m at a vantage point to take a clear shot,

No bulls eye on stationary target?-

Bullseye is not everything dear, just look at the tight groups, says something about the accuracy...it is possible that sight/scope was not zeroed properly,hence a but lower to the bulleseye.... . Though it would be wise to know the range weapon was shot from

it was an ACOG scope ...those are meant for quick target acquisition rather than accuracy. a telescopic sniper scope is the one that can achieve bulls eye with this gun.

POF will never get out of the spell of HK's G-3 and MP-5 series ...they will always dance around the same base until someone competent come and order them to design it's own assault rifle, a good handgun (without the Turkish help) and a DMR. MG3 needs to be replaced and they need to make UBGLs as well ....I am never happy with the R&D at POF ....!

There are news right now we are mostly using upgraded Type 56 and Colt M4. MP5 is hardly being used now by our forces and I agree we need to produce those things and also night vision stuff

Type 56 and M4 are of different caliber as compared to MP-5 ...MP-5 fires a 9mm pistol round ...while M-4 and Type-56 fall in the category of assault rifles ...G-3 failed during operation in the South Waziristan ...It was un-controllable in rapid fire ...The Type-56 POF is making is illegal ...one day the Russia will be suing us ...now when the ice is broken between Russia and Pak ...POF can purchase some new licenses from the Izmash and can make something new for the love of God ...I wish POF should buy the license from CZ to make Evo Scorpion locally and make some dedicated MG as well ...the current MG3 is an ammo guzzler and highly in accurate ....BSF guys call it Bijli wala Gun...because it fires too fast ...out of all the Military organizations ...I feel the POF is the most down trodden conventional thinking facility ...they have a huge man power still using hammers and pipe ranches ...

as my knowledge serves me POF never manufactured Type 56 / produced T56, though there was a word around the corner that they were modifying the Type 56's butt stock in order to align the recoil,making it easy to fire for follow up shots.....

Type 56 was taken from China and we need to get rid off MG 3 even if would have been accurate its to heavy

Pakistan once displayed their made Type-56 in Istanbul during an Arms Exhibition ...The Russians were there too ...they made an issue out of it and even did a press conference against POF ...the other day on the request of Turks ...they Type-56 was removed from the display ....earlier POF used to display at their sales shelf ...go now ...and you wont see it ...even though they are making it in thousands as they army prefers it over G-3 and even SSG love it because press the trigger and shall always fire unlike M-4 or any other gun ....
